While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Wyoming District 22 Sen. Dave Kinskey condemned the violence in the U.S. Capitol yesterday.

Kinskey told listeners that he condemns the violence on display yesterday as supporters of President Donald Trump broke through barricades forcing Congress to evacuate sections of the building and causing a pause during a ceremonial event to affirm that President-elect Joe Biden won the November 2020 election. Kinskey also condemned violent protests that were held earlier in 2020 with hopes that others feel the same.

Sen. D. Kinskey

Kinskey went on to say that violence should be condemned by anyone who believes in the Demoractic process, regardless of political affiliation.

Kinskey, you signed Bo Biteman’s letter to Governor Gordan urging him to join the frivolous Texas SCOTUS lawsuit. You are complicit.

I agree! The effort by Bo Bateman was a stain on Wyoming. He doesn’t have the educational or intellectual capacity to understand what he was doing.
He needs to either be recalled or voted out at the next election.

This is my published letter to the Editor addressing Biteman:

Senator Bo Biteman’s apparent lack of knowledge and understanding about Constitutional law is impressive in a disappointing way. He clearly is not willing to stop and think about the long-term consequences of what he signed and asked others (in power) to sign with respect to our precious Wyoming sovereignty. His letter supporting the frivolous Texas SCOTUS filing, if successful, would have exposed all citizens of the State of Wyoming to future extremely aggressive and factually unsupported attacks on Wyoming’s electoral votes if they were ever decisive in a subsequent national election.

His letter also espouses legal and political positions which contradict several of the most important planks of the Republican Party’s 2020 national platform. That platform includes rejecting judicial activism in our courts, State’s rights, and the proper reading and application of the Tenth Amendment, plus similar subjects.

Biteman and his supporters’ approach is a slippery slope of strategic narcissism and an effective act of sedition. Every Wyoming legislator who signed Senator Biteman’s letter along with him should immediately be marked down by at least 80% in the Wyoming Republican Party’s secret party platform adherence poll kept by local Republican Party officials. In addition, they should all be required to retake their high school civics class before they are allowed to participate in the legislative process again. Voters should vote them out of office at the earliest opportunity. Kudos to Governor Gordon and Attorney General Hill for not taking the bait from Senator Bo Biteman and his signors.

Amnesia much. Where was your condemnation of the December 30th resolution by your party to overthrow the election results? You were part of the arson squad that sent those people into the capital- now you want credit for decrying the result. Nice try.

Why is it that all the blame for what a few did is being cast on all Trump supporters aka Patriots? Why no mention of ANTIFA who was also at the Rally? Hate groups that were also at the Rally? Those people are not Patriots! There were some Patriots in that building but they were not all Patriots. Look at the vast number of Patriots who were outside singing and peaceably assembled to show support for the Congressmen and women who would be representing them. The same Congress men and women who later abandoned them and the Constitution.

Cindy, can you display or show me one piece of TRUE evidence that ANTIFA was involved in the insurrection at Washington DC? The time for misinformation, lies, and conspiracies is over. The enemies who attacked the United States will be brought to justice.

Do you want evidence other than their own admission on their own social media pages that they were there? How about the pictures of them? Will that do? Where you this passionate about your “enemies” when antifa was destroying cities and burning people alive?

Bo Biteman is disgrace and embarrassment to Sheridan County. His fundamental lack of understanding of facts is only matched by his willful ignorance. He is either deluded beyond reason or willing to promulgate a dangerous lie to his constituents. Either way he is unfit to serve in the office that he currently holds. The facts are the Trump campaign had their day in court dozens of times. Their case was found to be meritless and without standing. President Trump was determined by the vast majority of this country to be unfit to lead and he was not reelected, which frankly is the same outcome that should occur to Mr. Biteman.

Regarding Mr. Kinksey he should be a little more cautious to who he hitches his wagon to. Bo Biteman and his ill-informed opinions will only drag you down. I do appreciate though that Mr. Kinksey is against the violent over throw of our Government; it’s a shame that Republicans now have to make it clear whether they are in favor of sedition or not because after Wednesday it is not clear which side they are on.

Your comments are full of “they” and “them” references and I’m willing to bet you are the type of person who blames “them” for dividing this country. I’ll tell you which side I’m on, the opposite of yours, and that’s only a problem for you.

Bo Biteman is WYOMING…… He is exactly the person Sheridan County needs a true Conservative, NO NEW TAXES politician. So sick of liberal, pro marijuana, pro gay, political correctness politicians, who bring California Culture to Wyoming…. Always have Bo on the ticket, a rising star in Wyoming!

Mitch, Yours is a sad post indeed!!! To think that this is Wyoming, is to envision this great state, forever back in the feudal era of cattle wars, Butch Cassidy, prejudice and hate. Certainly new thought, from this century will slowly help our great state mature. Folks don’t be too hard on Kinskey, Biteman or Jennings, they are just looking for the easy votes of Mitch and others stuck in the mud of the past.
