Pat BlairThe Northern Wyoming Community College District, which includes Sheridan College, will be “open for business” on Monday, according to Wendy Smith.
Smith, who’s the district’s associate vice president for strategic communications, elaborated.
Smith said the district’s employees will return Monday, but classes for the spring semester won’t start until Jan. 18.
In the meantime, though, students can register for the upcoming semester. Smith said registrations are being taken by phone call, text or online via Zoom as well as in-person.
For those who want to register in-person, Smith said the regular hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, but those who can’t register during those times can schedule an appointment for registration outside the regular times.
Smith said when classes start on Jan. 18, they will be in-person in the classrooms, and the college district will follow all the recommended safety protocols and guidelines.
