Johnson County Approves Northern Plains Subdivision

Johnson County’s Commissioners recently reviewed a four-lot minor subdivision on North Main Street just outside of the Buffalo city limits.

Loren Carlat applied for the subdivision on roughly 30 acres located at 1545 N. Main which will consist of lots of about 5.1 acres, 6.2 acres, 6.1 acres, and 11.3 acres.

The property is being subdivided for single-family residences.

The commission approved the Northern Plains Minor Subdivision.
