County Approves Powder Horn Subdivision

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a minor subdivision in the Powder Horn Ranch.

County Planner Mark Reid explained the application for the permit.

Reid said the Planning & Zoning Commission does not review these types of applications, but the planning department staff did recommend approval of the application, subject to any relevant conditions of the Master Plan for Powder Horn Ranch PUD, as approved by the county commission.
