County P&Z to Focus on Minor Subdivision Reviews
The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission will have their December meeting on Tuesday, December 1st, and will be reviewing a number of minor subdivisions.
They will discuss the Irigaray/Snobel Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan review for the property on Johnson Creek Rd.
A review of the Swenson Family Trust Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan review is also on the agenda for the property located on Crazy Woman Canyon Rd.
The commission will also discuss the Northern Plain Minor Subdivision Final Plat review for the property on N. Main Street north of Buffalo, and have first consideration on the Moyes Minor Subdivision for property on the Billy Creek Access Rd.
The meeting will be Tuesday beginning at 7pm in the Planning & Zoning Office in the County Annex A Building at 26 N. DeSmet Street.
