Wild Goose Subdivision Moves Forward

A resolution for the Wild Goose Subdivision, a request to subdivide property at 2760 Big Horn Avenue in Sheridan, was recommended for approval by the City of Sheridan Planning Commission in October, but was later tabled by the Sheridan City Council. The subdivision request was recently approved by the City Council. Community Development Director Wade Sanner.
The resolution that was approved by the Council at their most recent meeting subdivides one 3.65 acre lot into two lots. The two lots will consist of a 1.9 acre western lot and 1.7 acre eastern lot.
