Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on Oct. 26, 1920.

U. S. Senator John B. Kendrick of Sheridan passed through Sheridan today on Train 42, en route to Gillette where he will be the principal speaker at a big Democratic rally tonight.

W. D. Fisher of Sheridan, secretary of the Custer Battlefield Hiway Association, in his annual report to the association convention this afternoon, said road construction amounting to over $6 million is being done along the nearly 1,200 miles of the highway.

M. J. Bush of Buffalo is in Sheridan today.

Sheridan’s Elks have issued invitations to a Halloween dancing party to be given Thursday night at the Elks home.
