Engineer Gives Fetterman Project Update

Buffalo’s Fetterman Street reconstruction project is moving ahead, and Project Engineer Brent Bennett said the current portion should be completed this fall, barring any weather issues.

He spoke with Sheridan Media about where the project currently sits.

Bennett said the goal for the project is to continue west on Fetterman and end at the intersection with Highway 16 West, but weather will play into how much can be done this fall.

The remainder of the Fetterman Project will begin next spring at Klondike Drive and work east to Burritt Avenue.

If the current section cannot be completed this fall, it will be added to the remaining section next spring, according to Bennett.

The entire project is scheduled to be complete next summer.
