Flu Vaccines Available Beginning October 5th
Flu shots will be available the week of October 5th through the 9th in Johnson County, and then every Tuesday and Thursday through November.
Johnson County Public Health is offering the vaccines for $25 each, or they can bill Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and CIGNA Health Insurances.
Public Health will be doing vaccines by appointment only, due th COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, so those wanting the vaccine are asked to schedule an appointment and to also wear masks while at the Public Health Office.
Appointments can be made from 8am through 5pm by contacting Public Health.
