City Projects Updates Discussed by Buffalo Council

During their recent meeting the Buffalo City Council got updates on the Fetterman and Business Park projects from the City Works Department and from the project engineer.

City Works employee Larry Joubert, sitting in for absent Director Les Hook, said the Fetterman project is moving along with 18 new valves and fittings installed in recent weeks, with six more to do.

Joubert said the lift station at the Business Park is installed, and Project Engineer Brent Bennett with Nelson Engineering gave more details.

City Attorney Ben Kirven said he has been trading phone messages with representatives from Rocky Mountain Power concerning the issue with power poles that are believed to have been improperly installed, but so far there is nothing to report.
