Johnson County Approves Health Department MOU
Johnson County has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding, or MOU, with the Wyoming Department of Health’s Public Health Division, for Federal COVID-19 pass-through funding.
County Attorney Tucker Ruby explained how the funding is intended to be used.
According to discussions, the $43,000 for public health personnel and the $20,000 for the county health officer are set amounts, but the $136,000 for COVID laboratory testing is for up to that amount, and not-to-exceed for testing.
The county approved the MOU for the $199,000.
