Preliminary Plat Approved by County

A preliminary plat for the proposed Paradise Meadows Subdivision was discussed and approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Planner Mark Reid explained that Carlton Construction applied for the permit for a seven single-family lot subdivison on a roughly 38-acre property zoned Urban Residential from an un-platted area just south of Sheridan.

Reid explained the plat will need to go before the Sheridan City Council for their approval as well, as it falls within the cooperative zone bewtween the city and county.

He explained the two variance requests with the permit.

The preliminary plat was approved by the county.
