Request for Lot Size Variance Approved
A lot size variance request has been approved by Sheridan County.
Beaver Creek Ranch, LLC applied for a minimum lot area variance to allow establishment of a 10-acre parcel from an existing 315-acre tract.
According to the application, siblings Brant and Diana Hilman co-occupy the existing 315-acre tract owned by Beaver Creek Ranch, which is used primarily for ranching.
Currently there is one dwelling on the proposed 10-acre parcel and another dwelling on the remaining 305 acres.
Once approved, the 10-acre parcel would be conveyed to Diana Hilman.
Attorney Jalie Meinecke, explained the situation in more detail.
The commission approved the variance.
