Seemingly the only way to keep track, because they do not give the public the newly confirmed cases everyday anymore, or how they may or may not relate to eachother.

Currently, if you go to the Wyoming Office of Home Land Security site and click on Wyoming Information Sharing Platform (WISP), this lists Sheridan as 86 confirmed and 26 probable cases, total of 112. Probable cases are close contacts of lab-confirmed cases with symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
