Superintendent Balow Expects to Approve Smart Start Plans for All School Districts by Weeks End

Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow discussed the reopening of schools at a news conference Wednesday with Governor Mark Gordon. Balow said that she expects to have the Smart Start Plans for each school district approved by the end of the week.
