CMAR Contract Approved for Building Expansion and Site Improvement Project at the HUB

The Sheridan City Council Monday night approved the  Construction Manager at Risk Contract with AX BUILD for the Upward project at the HUB on Smith in Sheridan. City Engineer Hanns Mercer said that the HUB Upward Building Expansion and Site Improvement project is a multi-phased project.

The Council after a lengthy discussion that included the adoption of several amendments, approved second reading of an ordinance that allows for local liquor stores, breweries, wineries and area liquor license holders to deliver malt beverages, wine and liquor to residences within City limits.  We’ll have more from the Council meeting for you in future stories.
