County Passes 2019-20 Budget Amendment

Johnson County’s Commissioners, during their recent budget hearing, approved a budget amendment for their 2019-2020 Budget before proceeding on to their budget for the 2020-21 fiscal year.

The amendment to the previous year’s budget was to correct a deficit and to create an Airport Fuel Account, as explained by County Clerk Vicki Edelman.

Edelman explained that the deficit was in the amount of $10,000 and the fuel account was set up for $250,000.
