First Avenue East Subdivision Final Plat Approved

The final plat for the First Avenue East Subdivision was approved in the form of a resolution by the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. City Planner Kelly Schroeder with the details of the subdivision.

Schroeder said the subdivision divides a one acre lot into two residential use lots, and that lot two has an existing single family home on it that will remain, and lot one will be developed as multi-family residential.
