Sheridan Commission OK’s License Agreements

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Master License and License Agreement with a landowner wanting to install a water tap to receive water from the Sheridan Area Water Supply (SAWS).

The first agreement is a Master License Agreement with Andy Lewallen as explained by County Engineer Ken Muller.

The commission then considered the License Agreement with Lewallen, explained by Muller.

The commission approved both the Master License Agreement and License Agreement.
