Sheridan Commission OK’s Appointment of Special Prosecutor

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to help the Sheridan County Attorney’s Office.

County Attorney Dianna Bennett explained the need for the Special Prosecutor.

Commission Vice-chair Nick Siddle reiterated that in these instances, county attorneys will reciprocate back and forth between counties to help each other out free of charge.

The commission then voted to approve Resolution No. 26-06-054 to appoint the special prosecutor.
