Jo Co Commission OK’s Clear Creek Estates Subdivision Preliminary Plat

Johnson County’s Commissioners considered approval of the Clear Creek Estates Subdivision Plat a their last regular meeting.

According to County Planner Jim Waller, Buffalo Land, LLC landowner Greg Schwartz proposed the eight-lot Subdivision that will be located off of Highway 16 near Healy Reservoir.

Waller gave more details on the plat.

After some discussion the commission voted to approve the proposed subdivision plat.
