City Council Approves Final Plat of Westhaven Estates Subdivision

The final plat of a proposed subdivision on Mydland Road west of Hill Pond Drive on unplatted land was approved by the Sheridan City Council at their business meeting Monday night. City Planner Kelly Schroeder says the property owner, Excalibur Construction intends to divide 23.3 acres into 91 residential use lots and four outlots.

Schroeder said the subdivision will extend Hill Pond Drive to the west and establish six new public streets to be built to City standard which will provide access and utilities to the subdivision, and that the open space requirements have been previously met through the dedication of Black Tooth Park, Hidden Bridge Golf Course, and neighborhood pathway segments.
