Sheridan Commission Approves Koltiska Parcel Division

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the Koltiska Parcel Division brought before them by County Planner Mark Reid at a recent meeting.

Reid explained why the request was being made.

Staff recommended approval with the condition that a county driveway permit be approved for Lot 2, which the petitioners already made application for.

The commission approved the request.
