Buffalo Council OK’s Legal Proposal on City Water Rights

Buffalo City Attorney Dennis Kirven brought a legal proposal before the city council for their approval concerning the city’s water rights.

He explained what the proposal was about.

Kirven said the proposal was drafted by Barry Crago’s office, who will represent the city in the matter.

The council approved the proposal.
