Sheridan Commission Approves Lot Size Variance

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered approving the Ziegler Lot Size Variance during their recent meeting.

County Planner Mark Reid explained further.

Reid said the petitioners wish to convey 8.81 acres of their property to the neighbors to make the parcels more manageable for each.

The Planning & Zoning Commission did recommend approval with minor conditions.

The commission then voted to approve the variance.
