Tree Board Request for Noise Variance Approved by Buffalo Council

Buffalo’s City Council considered a request for a Noise Variance from the Buffalo Tree Board for their upcoming Arbor Day celebration.

Buffalo Mayor Shane Schrader Proclaimed June 6 as Arbor Day in Buffalo, giving the document to Karen Buffington, representing the Tree Board.

After the proclamation, Buffington discussed the variance request with the council.

The council voted to approve the Noise Variance request from 11-3 on Saturday, June 6 in Crazy Woman Square.
