Sheridan County Approves Airport Contract
Sheridan County’s Commissioners reviewed a request for approval of a contract for a seal coating and marking project at the Sheridan County Airport.
Airport Manager John Stopka the project is a state-wide maintenance project with seven or eight airports involved in the contract, which was awarded to American Road Maintenance of Tucson, Arizona.
The cost of the project, including engineering fees is $515,000 with 90% of the funding coming from the State Aeronautics Division and 10% coming from the county.
The commission voted to approve the contract.
