Sheridan Commission Appoints Muller as Viewer in Property Vacation

Sheridan County Engineer Ken Muller was considered by the county commission to be appointed as viewer for the Vacation of a portion of the alley between Lots 14 in Block 3 and Block 4 Town of Lodore and the north half of the alley south of Lot 13 in Block 3 Town of Lodore.

Commissioner Nick Siddle and County Clerk Eda Schunk Thompson discussed the legal description of the property.

The commission then voted to approve Muller as Viewer in the proposed Vacation.
