JCSD1 Board Approves Employment Report for March
The Johnson County School Board, during their regular meeting this week, approved the Employment Report for March.
Employment recommendations were: Nanette Langston as a Special Ed High Needs Paraprofessional at Meadowlark Elementary, replacing Klimberly Wienke, effective immediately; and Bridgette Klasinski as Ag Instructor at Buffalo High School, replacing Leif Norskog for the 2026-27 school year.
The board also accepted resignations from Sherri Basler-Warax, food prep tech at Meadowlark, effective March 2; Troy Overberg, custodian at BHS, effective March 4; Kris Thiele, student council sponsor at Clear Creek Middle School, effective at the end of the 2025-26 school year; and Michelle Dahlberg, head volleyball coach at BHS, effective for the 2026-27 school year.
The board approved termination for Diana Elmer, food specialist 2, effective February 25.
And they approved the transfer of Chrystal Teigland, a move from food transport/warehouse to head cook at Meadowlark, replacing Diana Elmer.
