Jo Co Commission OK’s Investments, Depositories, Mileage Rate

Johnson County’s Commissioners, during their first meeting of 2026, considered allowing the county treasurer to make investments on behalf of the county; the depositories to hold county funds, and the mileage rate the county will use for the coming year, based on the rate authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

The commission made the motions to approve.

The commissioners voted to approve the motions.
