Sheridan Commission Approves Koltiska Rezone

A rezone request has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Planner Mark Reid said that Travis and Mandy Koltiska were applying for a rezone for a property on County Road #62.

He explained further.

Reid said the applicant had included a concept plan showing a possible future 2-lot subdivision.

The Planning & Zoning Commission did recommend approval of the rezone request, which the commission voted to approve.
