Vet Clinic CUP Approved by Sheridan County Commission

A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to build and operate an equine veterinary practice in the PK Minor Subdivision has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

County Planner Mark Reid detailed the application.

Reid explained that a CUP allows a use that is not normally permitted in a district to be considered by the board of county commissioners and, with conditions, possibly approved.

The board took comments in the Public Hearing in favor of the proposed veterinary practice, and than approved the CUP with some conditions that were agreeable to the applicants.
