Buffalo Council Passes Ordinance #1423 on Second Reading

Buffalo’s City Council considered Ordinance #1423 on second reading.

According to discussion, there were changes wanted to the agreement by the city that were sent to Bluepeak for approval, which they did approve.

The council voted to approve the Ordinance on second reading.

One final reading will need to be done before it takes effect.
