Sheridan Commission OK’s WYDOT Dietz Tower CUP

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the WYDOT (Wyoming Department of Transportation) Dietz Tower Conditional Use Permit (CUP).

County Planner Mark Reid detailed the permit and the reason for it.

No comment was offered during the Public Hearing.

Commissioner Nick Siddle spoke in favor of the CUP.

The commission voted to approve the Conditional Use Permit.
