City’s Portion of Buffalo Main Street Project ‘Close to the End’

The City of Buffalo’s portion of the Main Street reconstruction project, which is replacing underground utilities from Fort Street to Hart Street, is close to the end, according to Project Engineer Brent Bennett, who recently spoke to the city council.

Bennett was asked if the project was on schedule.

He said it is and he expects the dirt, two-track road in the work zone to be replaced with a new, paved road in the near future.

He said, “that will be good to see.”
