Jo Co Commission OKs Ditch Vacation, Relocation

Johnson County Planner Jim Waller brought a request and Resolution before the county commission to vacate and relocate a waste water ditch easement in the Meadows Subdivision just east of Buffalo on Kumor Road.

Waller said the request was to modify and change a platted waste water ditch across Lot 13 of the subdivision.

He explained further.

After discussion, the commission voted to approve Resolution No. 755 to vacate and relocate the easement.
