Sheridan Commission Declares Brooks Street Project Complete
Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified the Certificate of Final Completion on the Brooks Street Greenspace Project.
According to the documents, the work on the project has been inspected and declared completed in accordance with the contract documents and have approved an affidavit of Release of Liens for the contractor, Northern Underground, LLC.
Final payments to the contractor and engineer have been made and the project designated as complete as of July 28.
The project has taken three years from concept and design to completion, with upgrades to utilities and other amenities added for county-owned buildings in the area, in addition to the greenspace area next to the courthouse.

So the huge waste of taxpayer money on the Brooks Street Boondoggle is complete. The gov’t is done, for now, with mis-using our hard-earned money.
Wonder what the next big misappropriation project will be.?

You can bet they’re cooking up another tax-payer rip-off somewhere.
