Jo Co Commission Approves Amended TANF CPI Contract

Johnson County’s Commissioners have accepted and approved an amended contract with the Wyoming Department of Family Services for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partnership Initiative (TANF CPI) grant program.

Johnson County Public Health Nurse Manager Kristin Friedrich explained why the contract was amended.

According to Friedrich, the total amount of the grant is $61,000 with the funds distributed to the three entities at $18,530 with the country contributing just over $5,400.

The amended contract is a one-year extension of the existing contract.
