Senator Lummis Discusses Senate Confirmations

During an interview Wednesday with Sheridan Media, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) discussed Senate confirmations of President Trump’s nominees. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Senator Lummis said that the Senate has confirmed 54 Trump nominees for cabinet or sub cabinet positions and that the Republican majority Senate has cast more votes in the first 100 days of Congress since the Reagan Administration.

Lummis said that she hopes they will confirm Brian Nesvik to lead the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service soon. Nesvik was previously the head of the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.
