Sheridan Commission Ratifies BLM Right-of-Way For Red Grade Road

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have, as part of the Consent Agenda during their last meeting, ratified a Right-of-Way Grant Offer from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the Red Grade Road Amendment.
According to the right-of-way grant offer, Sheridan County receives a right to construct, operate, maintain, and terminate County Road #26, Red Grade Road, on public lands.
The right-of-way or permit area is amended to 170 feet wide, 4,742 feet long, and contains 18.51 acres of land.
