Council OK’s Variance for Buffalo Community Rink Event

Buffalo’s City Council has approved a variance request from the Buffalo Community Ice Rink for an upcoming event.

Edison Elder, representing the organization, spoke to the council, explaining what they needed from the city.

Elder wasn’t sure when the bands will be playing, but asked for the noise variance from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. that day.

The council approved the variance request.
