The City of Sheridan utilizes an app for mobile devices to send alerts and keep the residents connected to services.

Connect Sheridan is a smartphone app for residents to report issues and concerns that have occurred within the City. Councilman Andrew Patceg and City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said this application serves many purposes.

Mercer said by utilizing the app, residents can report service requests concerning potholes and utilities, eliminating any wait times and ensuring the information gets to the department in real time.
