Buffalo Council Adopts Comprehensive Plan

Buffalo’s City Council, at their regular meeting Tuesday evening, voted to adopt their new Comprehensive Plan.

Mayor Shane Schrader explained the need for the plan.

According to the City of Buffalo website, “a comprehensive plan is a tool for guiding the future development, growth, and overall well-being of a city. It provides a roadmap for sustainable growth, community development, and the enhancement of quality of life for residents. It serves as a vital tool for decision-making and helps to shape the future trajectory of a city.”

The council voted unanimously to accept and approve Resolution No. 1492, adopting the new comprehensive plan.
