Jo Co P&Z to Review Minor Subdivisions, Lake DeSmet PUD

The Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission, at their meeting this Tuesday, will work through a number of items on their agenda.

They will consider the HTZ Culp Minor Subdivision Final Plat review; the Lake Stop Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan; the North Shore PUD, Phase III Preliminary Plat review; and consider the Waste Water Ditch Vacation and Relocation of Lot 13 of the Meadows Subdivision.

In Old Business, the P&Z Commission will also review the status on the update of the 2005 County Land Use Plan.

The meeting will be Tuesday, May 6 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Johnson County Planning Office located at 26 N. DeSmet Avenue.

The meeting is open to the public.
