In a release issued Thursday, the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) said there are no significant changes on the Buffalo Main Street project this week, mainly due to weather, although there were some items they wanted to share with the public.

The traffic signal at Fort Street was turned back on as of Thursday.

The right turning lane at Fort south onto Main Street will remain closed to accommodate the work being completed near City Hall and The Occidental.

Paving is expected to begin from Fort Street to Parmalee Street on Tuesday, May 6 weather permitting.

They are reporting a lot of activity at the Hart Street intersection. The traffic signal is off but there are stop signs and flaggers in the area during the day.

Questions or concerns about the project can be directed to Laura Dalles,
Senior Public Relations Specialist with WYDOT District 4 in Sheridan.
