Sheridan Commission Ratifies Powder River Energy License Agreement

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified a License Agreement (2501 LA) between the county and Powder River Energy Corp. for installation of a power line.

During their Consent Agenda at their last meeting, the commission approved the License Agreement for an overhead single-phase distribution power line to supply power to a residence at County Road #1237, a.k.a. Youngs Creek Road.

According to the agreement, these types of installations to individual residences can be exempted from county fees.

No fees were charged by the county.
