Sheridan Commission to Consider Proposals for Airport Business Park Lease

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, at their regular meeting Tuesday, will hold a Public Hearing for comment on the proposals received for the leasing of Lots LA-7 and LA-8 of Block 1 at the Sheridan County Business Park, Phase 1.
Also on the agenda is consideration of an agreement between the county and the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division for a Public Health Workforce Development Grant; a Resolution for a Notice of Intent to vacate public rights-of-way in the Downer Addition; and a Cooperative Agreement for a sub-award of the 2024 Community Wildfire Defense Grant between the county and the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments, Forestry Division.
The commission will also ratify a Letter of Support for the County Mosquito Management Program; a Consent to Petition by Perry Ranch, LLC for a certificate of appropriation for a change in the point of diversion and means of conveyance;
and authorization for the Sheridan County Conservation District to access Tongue River at Kleenburn Road Recreation Picnic Area for water quality monitoring.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
The meeting is open to the public.
