JCHC CEO Discusses Changes in Hospital Board

A coming change in he Johnson County Healthcare Center’s Hospital Board of Trustees was discussed by Hospital CEO Luke Senden during the board’s most recent meeting.

Current board member Christie Kinghorn chose not to run for her position in this year’s election, which opened the door for incoming board member Matt Hein, who was elected this fall.

Senden discussed the situation with the board.

Senden said he would try to get Kinghorn to attend their December meeting to celebrate her years of service and dedication on the board.

He added that she has done a great job and it will be sad to see her go, but he expects Hein to do a good job moving forward.

The board’s December meeting will be Wednesday evening, December 18 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
