Commission OKs Compass Center Project Change Order
The Sheridan County Commission has approved a change order on the Compass Center for Families project at the Double Eagle Tech Park.
According to the change order document, the changes are for 13 smaller projects within the larger project including additional lighting, changes to hardware, elimination of electric door operators and appliance changes among others.
The original contract amount was just under $418,000 and the change order of roughly $10,000 brings the new contract amount to Just over $428,000.
Also, the changes will result in the contract time being increased by 11 days, so the new project substantial completion date will be May 15th.
Arete Design Group is the architect and Excalibur Construction is the contractor on the project.
