Ron RichterThe Sheridan College Flute Choir will bring the festive sounds of the season to the Johnson County Library for a special concert Monday, November 18 at 6:15 pm. The performance is free and open to the public. Led by Sheridan College Music Instructor Kristy Dooley, the Flute Choir includes Sheridan College students, local high school musicians, and community members, representing a variety of skill levels. They rehearse together weekly, creating an inclusive environment for music-making and skill development.
Dooley said they are thrilled once again to be back in Buffalo for the Outreach Concert, as Buffalo has always been incredibly supportive, and it’s a pleasure to share this festive music with them. The concert is part of Sheridan College’s commitment to bringing music to communities throughout the region. It offers a chance for audiences of all ages to enjoy flute ensemble music, from traditional hymns to contemporary seasonal pieces.
